Graham McStay - CEO / Managing Director

Becoming the CEO / Managing Director of Loyalty Magic Pty Ltd in January, 2007. Previously, performing the role of Operations Manager for two years at Loyalty Magic. In that capacity, he oversaw all client management and the company's technology team. He has more than 10 years of extensive operational management experience in leading Australian companies. While at Retail Decisions, the fuel card division, Mr. McStay was the national customer service and sales manager who oversaw the merger of two business units. He held a similar position at the Centre for Adult Education, UCMS and at Ansett Australia.

Hien Le - Research & Development Manager , B. of Applied Science (Computer Science)

Hien specialises in the design of operational solutions to achieve effective business outcomes for both Loyalty Magic and their customers. His IT experience and deliverables over the past 7 years have included Database Architect, Database Consulting, Analyst Programmer, Database Administrator, Support Programmer, Team Leader and Build Manager in a variety of industry sectors including Government, Finance, Transport and the Private sector.
