Loyalty Magic may be given, in the course of carrying out our business,
information from clients or their customers. We advocate an "opt-in" approach
to such information, but are instructed by our clients as to how they operate,
and then we carry out such instructions.
Information includes:

Guidelines and manuals relating to services to clients and customers.

Loyalty Magic keeps all information strictly confidential and does not disclose
it without prior written consent except to the extent:

Written information becomes available to the public generally other than
through unauthorised disclosure.

We are required by law to disclose information.
Loyalty Magic does not use any of our clients or their customers' information
for our own benefit or the benefit of a third party.
When we collect information we agree to:

Comply with any Privacy Law by which we are bound.

Use the personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations
under an agreement with our clients.

Restrict access to personal information to employees who need to access the
personal information to fulfil our obligations under an agreement with our
clients.

Not disclose personal information to a third party without our client's consent
unless the third party is the individual to whom the personal information
relates.

Deal with personal information as directed by our clients, provided the
direction will not cause Loyalty Magic to breach a Privacy Law by which we are
bound.

Take all reasonable steps to ensure the personal information is protected
against misuse and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Not do anything with the personal information that will cause Loyalty Magic to
breach any Privacy Law.

Notify our clients if we become aware that a disclosure of personal information
has been made in breach of any Privacy Law or that a disclosure may be required
by law.
